Construction method of prefabricated house
The invention discloses a construction method of a prefabricated house. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a foundation trench is excavated according to drawing requirements; s2, a foundation cushion is poured in the foundation trench; s3, a combined steel column is installed on the foundation bed; s4, the main steel beams are installed on the tops of the combined steel columns; s5, the ground beams are poured, and the main steel beams are dismantled after the ground beams and concrete at the joints of the ground beams and the combined steel columns reach the strength; s6, concrete is poured in the foundation trench for filling and leveling up; s7, floors and wallboards are installed on the ground beams; s8, a scaffold is erected, and a top plate is installed; and S9, the main steel beam is installed on the top of the combined steel column again, the scaffold is dismantled after the top plate and the main steel beam are fixed, and installation is completed. According to the prefabricated house, due to the fact that the main steel beams are installed twice, the installation stability of the prefabricated house can be effectively guaranteed, meanwhile, the top plates are installed through the scaffolds and are fixed in cooperation with the main steel beams, the installation cost is greatly reduced, and the structural stability is higher.
本发明公开了一种预制房屋的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:按图纸要求进行基槽的挖掘;S2:在基槽内浇筑基础垫层;S3:在基础垫层上安装组合钢柱;S4:将主钢梁安装于组合钢柱的顶部;S5:浇筑地梁,待地梁以及地梁与组合钢柱节点处混凝土达到强度后拆除主钢梁;S6:在基槽内浇筑混凝土进行填平;S7:在地梁上安装地板以及安装墙板;S8:搭设脚手架,安装顶板;S9:再次将主钢梁安装于组合钢柱顶部,并将顶板与主钢梁进行固定后拆除脚手架,完成安装。本发明的预制房屋由于采用两次主钢梁的安装,能够有效地保证预制房屋安装的稳定性,同时顶板安装时采用脚手架进行安装,并配合主钢梁进行固定,不仅安装成本上大大降低,而且结构稳定性更高。
