According to the heat preservation outer wall, when a lengthened plate is in a vertical state, a convex block can drive a protection rod to move downwards in a concave plate till the bottom of the protection rod makes contact with the ground, when the protection rod is impacted by the outside, the protection rod transmits the borne force to the convex block and the concave plate, and the concave plate moves towards the interior of a square groove; and meanwhile, the first springs are extruded, so that the damping and buffering effects are achieved through the first springs, meanwhile, the protection effect of the heat preservation outer wall is improved, the protection height of the heat preservation outer wall can be increased, and protection work can be better carried out.
