The energy consumption inner core is provided with connecting sections located at the two ends of the energy consumption inner core, a second-stage yield section located in the middle of the energy consumption inner core and a first-stage yield section connected between the connecting sections and the second-stage yield section, and the second-stage yield section and the first-stage yield section are each provided with a weakening area. The weakening proportion of the cross section of the weakening area of the second-stage yield section is smaller than that of the cross section of the weakening area of the first-stage yield section.
