The invention provides a steel structure engineering construction anti-falling device which structurally comprises a locking piece, a fixing plate, a traction mechanism, a clamping ring, a stretching clamping belt and a wrapping cavity, the locking piece penetrates through the four ends of the surface layer of the fixing plate, the side end of the edge of the fixing plate is connected with the traction mechanism, and the clamping ring is fixedly connected with the traction mechanism; the stretching clamping belt and the clamping ring are located on the same circle center and overlapped, and the wrapping cavity is communicated with the stretching clamping belt and the clamping ring. After the traction mechanism is further improved, the partition plate can stably change the height on the vertical sliding plate by utilizing the up-down moving module according to the mutual cooperation of the newly-added power supply part, the vertical sliding plate and other parts, and the anti-falling characteristic of a cable is replaced; and meanwhile, the partition plate can shield the lower portion of the engineer and guarantee the balance of the engineer in the air, the situation that the stability of the construction process is reduced due to left-right shaking is prevented, an adjusting key set installed on the partition plate in the process can facilitate control over the up-down moving module by the engineer, and the effect of conveniently adjusting the height is achieved.
