The invention provides a jig frame system construction method of a multi-layer cantilever structure. The jig frame system is of a steel jig frame supporting structure and comprises a lower base, jig frame standard knots, a conversion steel beam, a conversion platform, a hydraulic adjusting device, an I-shaped steel cushion beam and an adjusting steel plate gasket from bottom to top. According to the construction method, in the construction process, the hydraulic adjusting device can be used for flexibly adjusting the height of the jig frame system according to different elevations, the lower-layer jig frame serves as an upper-layer back-jacking part during construction of the multi-layer cantilever structure, the measure investment can be reduced, the safety and quality hidden danger problems caused by excessive deformation during unloading are avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved. Components are modularized and can be recycled, and certain economic benefits are achieved.
