The invention discloses an anti-misoperation device which comprises a collision part used for being installed on an active moving body. The mounting sleeve extends in the first direction, and the mounting sleeve and the collision part are arranged in a spaced mode in the first direction; the pushing part is connected with the mounting sleeve in a sliding mode in the first direction; the connecting sleeve is used for being installed on the fixing plate and extends in the first direction, a first through hole is formed in the end, away from the pushing part, of the connecting sleeve in the first direction, and the first through hole extends in the first direction and penetrates through the connecting sleeve and the fixing plate; the moving part is connected with the pushing part in a sliding mode in the first direction, and at least part of the moving part is located in the first through hole. According to the invention, the damage to hardware parts of the push-and-pull hinged door/window caused by misoperation can be prevented. The invention further provides a push-and-pull hinged door. The invention further provides the push-and-pull side-by-side window.
