Miter gate closing alignment control system
A miter gate closing end alignment control system comprises door slot detection devices installed on two miter gates, real-time door slot state detection data of closing operation closing end alignment of the miter gates are automatically collected, and the real-time door slot state detection data serve as feedback information and are transmitted to a ship lock PLC control system through a data line. The PLC adopts a control algorithm to compile an operation program, compares the real-time door slot state detection data with door slot target value data, converts error data obtained after comparison into rotation angle errors of the two miter gates when the door slot target value is closed, and controls the algorithm according to the rotation angle errors and the motion relation of the miter gate opening and closing mechanism. And the PLC performs operation to obtain the residual driving time before the driving mechanism drives the miter gate to be closed, and the miter gate is finally closed, aligned and shut down. A closed-loop control loop is formed, direct real-time control over the miter gate final-closing alignment door slot target value is achieved, and continuous and stable miter gate closing operation final-closing alignment precision is achieved.
