The invention discloses an antifreeze agent with air entraining and filling effects, concrete and preparation and application methods of the antifreeze agent and the concrete. The antifreeze agent comprises powder of the following raw material components: sodium carbonate, quartz, tricalcium silicate and calcium hydroxide, wherein the sodium carbonate and the calcium hydroxide form a coating structure taking the sodium carbonate as a core and the calcium hydroxide as a shell. In the anti-freezing agent, the sodium carbonate can generate carbon dioxide through hydrolysis reaction, micropores are generated in a concrete material, the calcium hydroxide can control the time of sodium carbonate reaction and hydrolysis and consume residual carbon dioxide in the micropores to prevent concrete carbonization, and the quartz powder can further fill generated pores with the size of more than micron. The anti-permeability of the material is maintained, so that the obtained anti-freezing agent has excellent anti-freezing and anti-permeability performance, and the performance can be kept stable for a long time.
