The invention relates to an asphalt roll-leveling machine, and aims to improve safety. The asphalt roll-leveling machine comprises a traction machine; the hopper is arranged on the front side of the traction machine; the conveying device is used for conveying the paving material in the hopper to the rear side of the traction machine; the screw rod is used for spreading the paving material which is conveyed by the conveying device and scattered on the road surface along the width direction of the vehicle; and a leveling device which uniformly paves the paving material spread by the screw rod on the rear side of the screw rod and can stretch and retract in the vehicle width direction, and the asphalt rolling machine is configured to control the stretching and retracting of the leveling device in a manner that the length of the leveling device in the vehicle width direction is not less than a specified length based on the screw rod.
