The invention discloses a pultrusion composite material square tube assembly type beam-beam connection joint which comprises a composite material square tube with teeth formed at the end, a U-shaped metal upper outer sleeve, a U-shaped metal lower outer sleeve and a metal inner sleeve. The interiors of the U-shaped metal upper outer sleeve and the U-shaped metal lower outer sleeve are each provided with a protruding notch matched with the tooth formed in the end of the composite square tube; openings of the U-shaped metal upper and lower outer sleeves are oppositely spliced on the upper and lower sides of the end part of the composite square tube, prestress is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the composite square tube, and a gap is formed between the bottom surfaces of the openings of the two spliced U-shaped outer sleeves; a pre-tightening force is applied between the two U-shaped outer sleeves through a locking device, so that a gap is closed; the metal inner sleeve is inserted into the composite square tube to serve as a lining; and after the connection of the end part of the composite material square tube and the metal is formed, beam-beam connection is realized by adopting any metal connection method. Through damage to the FRP pipe is avoided, longitudinal reliable connection of the beam body is achieved, and rapid joint splicing is achieved through a small number of connecting parts.
本发明公开了一种拉挤复合材料方管拼装式“梁‑梁”连接节点,包括端部开齿的复合材料方管、U型金属上部外套管、U型金属下部外套管及金属内套管;U型金属上、下部外套管的内部均设有与复合材料方管端部开齿相匹配的凸起槽口;U型金属上、下部外套管开口相对拼装于复合材料方管端部的上下侧,在复合材料方管上下表面施加预应力,拼装后两个U型外套管开口底面间存在间隙;两个U型外套管间通过锁紧装置施加预紧力,实现间隙闭合;金属内套管插入复合材料方管作为内衬;形成复合材料方管端部与金属的连接后,采取任意金属连接方法实现梁‑梁连接。本发明不对FRP管形成贯穿破坏,实现梁体纵向可靠连接,且使用少量连接部件实现快速节点拼接。
