The invention provides a roller compacted concrete pouring bin surface temperature control mist channel system which comprises a bin body, a plurality of parallel atomization pipelines are installed at the top end of the bin body in the length direction of the bin body in an array mode, the atomization pipelines are connected with the top end of the bin body in a clamped mode, and a plurality of spraying openings corresponding to the atomization pipelines are formed in the top end of the bin body. One end of each atomization pipeline is provided with a plugging head, the other end of each atomization pipeline is communicated with the water supply pipeline, and the water supply pipeline is provided with a plurality of valves corresponding to the atomization pipelines one to one. A plurality of atomization pipelines are installed at the top end of the bin body in the length direction of the bin body in an array mode, the corresponding atomization pipelines can be controlled to be opened to form microclimate in the bin along with rolling work during construction in a bin body covering area, large-scale spraying equipment does not need to be erected on a formwork around the bin body, the atomization pipelines can be independently controlled, and the construction efficiency is improved. 本发明提供了一种碾压混凝土浇筑仓面控温雾道系统,包括仓体,仓体的顶端沿其长度方向阵列安装有若干根相互平行的雾化管道,雾化管道与仓体的顶端卡接,仓体的顶端开设有若干个与雾化管道对应的喷淋口,雾化管道的一端安装有封堵头,雾化管道的另一端与供水管路连通,供水管路上安装有若干个与雾化管道一一对应的阀门。在仓体的顶端沿其长度方向阵列安装多根雾化管道,可以实现在仓体覆盖区域内施工时,随着碾压工作的进行,可以控制对应的雾化管道开启,形成仓内的小气候,不必在仓体周边模板上架设大型喷雾设备,多个雾化管道可独立控制,极大的提高了施工的便利性,对仓内的混凝土进行精准加湿、降温。
