The invention discloses a stereoscopic warehouse of a giant frame-supporting structure system and a construction method. The three-dimensional warehouse at least comprises a plurality of rows of parallel giant frames arranged at intervals, and a roadway is arranged between every two adjacent giant frames. Each giant frame comprises a main body structure; the main body structure comprises latticed columns and hollow truss girders, and the latticed columns and the hollow truss girders are connected through bolts or welding; a goods shelf is arranged in the space defined by the lattice columns and the hollow truss girders of each huge frame. According to the three-dimensional warehouse structure, the main body structure and the enclosure structure, fireproof measures are taken according to related regulations of building fireproof standards, the goods shelf attached to the main body structure is only used for containing goods and bearing the weight of the goods, does not participate in stress of the main body structure of the three-dimensional warehouse, and does not need to take fireproof measures. By reasonably distinguishing the primary structure and the secondary structure, the purpose of reducing the number of steel structure components is achieved, and the bottleneck problem of the steel structure of the warehouse-shelf-integrated three-dimensional warehouse in the aspect of fireproof design is solved.
本发明公开一种巨型框架‑支撑结构体系的立体库及施工方法。本发明所述的立体库至少包括若干排平行间隔设置的巨型框架,相邻两个巨型框架之间为巷道;每个巨型框架包括主体结构;所述的主体结构包括:格构柱、空腹桁架梁,格构柱和空腹桁架的连接采用螺栓连接或焊接连接;在每个所述的巨型框架的格构柱与空腹桁架梁所围成的空间内设置有货架。上述的立体库结构,主体结构和围护结构按照建筑防火标准的相关规定采取防火措施,附着于主体结构上的货架只用于放置货物,承受货物的重量,不参与立体库主体结构的受力,不需要采取防火措施。本发明通过合理区分主次结构,达到了精简钢结构构件数量的目的,解决了库架一体式立体库房的钢结构在防火设计方面遇到的瓶颈问题。
