Under the condition that the first positioning shell encounters the impact force exceeding the bearable impact limit, the first positioning shell can remove a certain degree of impact force through circular motion with the telegraph pole as the center. Compared with the similar technology, the telegraph pole protection pier has the advantages that impact along each track can deviate from the original track, the counter-acting force on the impact source is reduced, and then the life and property safety of an accident driver is protected.
