The invention relates to the field of building materials, and discloses an aggregate for a ceramic tile adhesive, a preparation method of the aggregate and the ceramic tile adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: (1) in the presence of grinding balls I, carrying out first shaping on crude sand at 25-30rpm to obtain a mixture I; (2) in the presence of grinding balls II, carrying out second shaping on the mixture I at 20-25rpm to obtain a mixture II; and (3) sieving the mixture II to obtain the aggregate with the volume average diameter of 0.1-1.0 mm for the ceramic tile adhesive. The method provided by the invention can effectively improve the loose bulk density and void ratio of the crude sand for the ceramic tile glue, obviously improves the original strength, airing performance and water soaking performance of the prepared ceramic tile glue product, and has more stable bonding strength.
