The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to an early-strength and rapid-hardening sprayed concrete material and a processing technology thereof. According to the invention, different chitosan derivatives are respectively used for modifying a shell emulsion and a core emulsion; the core emulsion is a mixture of cationic chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and a soft monomer; sodium p-vinylbenzene sulfonate is selected as a hard monomer in the shell emulsion, and carboxymethyl chitosan is added; the chitosan derivative can improve the stability of the emulsion and can be subjected to polymerization reaction with the monomer; the shell emulsion has electronegativity on sodium vinylbenzenesulfonate and can generate electrostatic interaction with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with positive charges in the core emulsion, so that uniform coating is realized. The chitosan modified renewable dispersible latex powder is used for preparing sprayed concrete, can generate a synergistic effect with a water reducing agent, promotes dispersion of cement particles, also can cause mutual connection among the cement particles, improves a pore structure of a concrete interface, improves mechanical properties and impermeability, and reduces slump.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体为一种早强速凝的喷射混凝土材料及其加工工艺。本发明使用不同的壳聚糖衍生物分别对壳、核乳液进行改性;核乳液选用阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐与软单体混合;壳乳液中选用对乙烯苯磺酸钠作为硬单体,并加入羧甲基壳聚糖;壳聚糖衍生物能够提高乳液的稳定,同时也能与单体发生聚合反应;壳乳液中对乙烯苯磺酸钠带有电负性,能与核乳液中带正电荷的壳聚糖季铵盐产生静电作用,实现均匀包覆。将壳聚糖改性可再生分散乳胶粉用于制备喷射混凝土,不仅能与减水剂产生协同效果,促进水泥颗粒分散,还能引起水泥颗粒之间相互连接,改善混凝土界面的孔隙结构,提高力学性能和抗渗性能,降低坍落度。
