The invention provides a foamed ceramic building block as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The building block comprises the following raw materials: 100 parts of a main material, 5-20 parts of a pore forming agent and 5-10 parts of a filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding tap water tail mud, aluminum ash, flue ash and sulfuric acid residue into powder as a main material, drying at least one of boric sludge, carbide slag and industrial salty mud, grinding into powder as a pore-forming agent, grinding at least one of pine nut, castor bean and spartina alterniflora powder as a filler, mixing the raw materials to prepare a blank, calcining and cooling to obtain the building block. The foamed ceramic building blocks prepared by the invention are adhered to one another by applying a masonry agent. The foamed ceramic building block has the characteristics of strong mechanical property, good heat insulation effect, excellent sound absorption capability and the like, and has great significance in the fields of improving the comprehensive utilization rate of solid wastes, developing energy-saving building materials and the like.
本发明提供一种泡沫陶瓷砌块及其制备方法和使用方法,砌块的原料包括:主料100份、造孔剂5~20份、填充料5~10份。将自来水尾泥、铝灰、烟道灰和硫酸渣研磨成粉作为主料,将硼泥、电石渣、工业盐泥中的至少一种干燥后研磨成粉作为造孔剂,将松子、蓖麻子、互花米草碎末中的至少一种碾碎作为填充料,将上述原料混合制胚,煅烧冷却,即得砌块。本发明制得的泡沫陶瓷砌块之间使用涂抹砌筑剂相互粘连。该泡沫陶瓷砌块具有力学性能强、保温隔热效果好以及吸声能力优等特点,在提高固废综合利用率、开发节能建筑材料等领域意义重大。
