The invention provides a carbon-ceramic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: depositing a ceramic precursor on the surface of a carbon-carbon green body, curing, and carrying out high-temperature cracking to obtain the carbon-ceramic composite material, the deposition method comprises liquid phase deposition; the high-temperature cracking comprises cracking through gradient heating and heat preservation. According to the preparation method of the carbon-ceramic composite material disclosed by the invention, specific process steps are selected, so that the finally obtained carbon-ceramic composite material has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, prevents internal fibers from being corroded, and is good in use effect, long in service life, simple in preparation process and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种碳陶复合材料及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在碳碳坯体表面沉积陶瓷前驱体、固化、高温裂解,得到所述碳陶复合材料;所述沉积的方法包括液相沉积;所述高温裂解包括经历梯度升温保温进行裂解。本发明中,所述碳陶复合材料的制备方法,选用特定的工艺步骤,使得最终得到的碳陶复合材料具有优异的力学性能、防腐蚀性能,避免内部纤维被腐蚀,使用效果好、使用寿命长,且制备工艺简单、成本低。
