The invention provides a converter steelmaking overhead bunker mounting method which comprises the following steps: according to the structural arrangement characteristics of overhead bunkers, erecting a temporary support structure on a platform below the overhead bunkers, hoisting a plurality of overhead bunkers above the temporary support structure one by one, and then mounting bunker beams; longitudinal and transverse beams and spacing beams of a platform above the stock bins are spliced into a whole to be hoisted on the ground, and after the stock bins are in place, the high-position stock bins are lifted through chain blocks to be connected with the platform beams above the stock bins in place; and after the stock bins are all in place and welded, the temporary supporting structures are dismantled. According to the method, the temporary support of the stock bin is fully utilized as a temporary carrier for the stock bin to be in place, implementation is conducted after detailed design and calculation, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明提供一种转炉炼钢高位料仓安装方法,根据高位料仓的结构布置特点,在高位料仓的下方平台上搭设临时支撑结构,将多个高位料仓逐一吊装在临时支撑结构上方,然后安装料仓梁;料仓上方平台的纵横向梁及间隔梁在地面拼装成整体吊装,就位后用手拉葫芦提起高位料仓与上方的平台梁连接就位;料仓全部就位并焊接完毕后,拆除临时支撑结构。本发明充分利用了料仓临时支撑作为料仓就位的临时载体,通过详细的设计及计算后实施,施工效率大大提高,施工质量有所保证,经济效益显著。
