The invention relates to a double-layer steel truss girder structure which comprises an upper-layer bridge deck system and a lower-layer bridge deck system with box-shaped sections, main trusses are connected to the two sides of the upper-layer bridge deck system and the two sides of the lower-layer bridge deck system and comprise upper chords and lower chords, the upper chords are connected to the two sides of the upper-layer bridge deck system, and the lower chords are connected to the two sides of the lower-layer bridge deck system. First tuyere assemblies are arranged at the joints of the upper-layer bridge deck system and the upper chords on the two sides, and second tuyere assemblies are arranged at the joints of the lower-layer bridge deck system and the lower chords on the two sides.
