Spatial special-shaped concrete tower column cable-stayed buckling construction method
The invention provides a spatial special-shaped concrete tower column cable-stayed buckling and hanging construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, mounting a single-limb solid section stiff framework, reinforcing steel bars and a template at the lower part of a tower column, pouring concrete, mounting buckling tower steel pipe embedded parts at corresponding positions, constructing a buckling tower external steel pipe foundation, and then mounting a buckling tower frame; then installing a limb forked solid section stiff skeleton at the upper part of the tower column, connecting a first layer of concrete inner side template with the limb forked solid section stiff skeleton through a limiting seat, installing a pull rod, installing an outer side hoop piece, installing an inhaul cable between a buckle tower and the hoop piece, and tensioning the inhaul cable force; pouring a first layer of concrete, curing and forming; the steps are repeated, and subsequent tower column concrete is poured layer by layer; and finally, symmetrically and synchronously releasing the cable force, removing the template system, and completing the construction. The construction method is simple in procedure and high in construction efficiency, horizontal force generated by concrete pouring can be effectively offset through layered symmetrical construction, complexity of the installation process is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明创造提供了一种空间异型混凝土塔柱斜拉扣挂施工方法,先安装塔柱下部单肢实心段劲性骨架、钢筋及模板,浇筑混凝土并在相应位置安装扣塔钢管预埋件,施工扣塔外部钢管基础,之后安装扣塔塔架;然后安装塔柱上部四肢分叉实心段劲性骨架,将第一层混凝土内侧模板通过限位座与四肢分叉实心段劲性骨架连接,安装对拉杆,安装外侧抱箍件,安装扣塔与抱箍件间拉索并张拉索力;浇筑第一层混凝土并养护成型;之后重复上述步骤,逐层浇筑后续塔柱混凝土;最后对称同步释放索力,拆除模板系统,完成施工。本施工方法工序简单,施工效率高,分层对称施工能够有效抵消混凝土浇筑产生的水平力,降低了安装过程的复杂性,提高了施工效率。
