The invention relates to an arch bridge maintenance hoop construction platform which comprises a walkway beam, handrails, steel plates, hoop fixing devices and connecting pieces. The walkway beam and the handrails are arranged on the upper portion of the platform. Steel plates are laid on the top faces of the walkway beams to form an operation platform. The handrails seal the periphery of the operation platform to form safety protection; a hoop fixing device is arranged at the lower part of the platform; the hoop fixing device is divided into an upper hoop, a lower hoop and a connecting piece; the upper hoop is mounted on the top surface of an arch rib of the arch bridge; the lower hoop is mounted on the bottom surface of an arch rib of the arch bridge; the upper hoop and the lower hoop are connected through the split bolt and then wrap the arch rib, and the pre-tightening force of the split bolt improves the friction force of the hoops; the hoop fixing device is connected with the platform walkway beam through the connecting piece. The construction platform is simple in structure, complete in safety protection measure, capable of achieving the effect of being free of dismantling in the line operation period, capable of reducing the influence of the construction environment, easy to operate and capable of improving the personal safety guarantee of operators in the construction period.
