The invention provides a normalized sand flushing method and device for a sediment-carrying reservoir, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) arranging the device according to the following steps: sequentially connecting and hinging a plurality of floating bodies in series through hinges, arranging a trash rack extending downwards at the bottom of each floating body, arranging a guardrail and a lifting lug at the top of each floating body, the floating bodies located at the two ends are hinged to a side slope guardrail or a retaining wall through hinges, so that the floating bodies have the self-floating, maintenance-free and low-water-level self-suspension functions to adapt to normalized sand flushing operation, rapid recovery is achieved after sand flushing is completed, it is guaranteed that normalized sand flushing measures without shutdown of a power station in the flood season are smoothly implemented, and the water inlet of the hydropower station cannot be silted; and (2) carrying out operation tests under different reservoir water level conditions, and verifying the operation functions of the hydraulic structure, the head trash holding float and the ancillary facilities.
本发明提供一种多沙水库常态化冲沙的方法及装置,其特征在于它包括下列步骤:(1)按下列设置装置:将若干浮体通过铰链依次串联铰接,每个浮体底部设有向下延伸的拦污栅、顶部设有护栏及吊耳,位于两端的浮体通过铰链与边坡护栏或挡墙相铰接,使之具备自浮、免维护、低水位自悬挂功能,以适应常态化冲沙操作,且在冲沙完成后快速恢复,确保电站汛期不停机的常态化冲沙措施顺利实施,实现水电站进水口不会出现淤积;(2)开展不同水库水位条件下的运行试验,验证水工建筑物、首部拦污漂及附属设施的运行功能。
