The invention discloses a segmented offshore installation method for a deepwater jacket. The method comprises the following steps that the deepwater jacket is divided into an upper section jacket and a lower section jacket to be built in a target site; the transportation barge ships the lower section jacket and transports the lower section jacket to a designated position; the lower-section jacket is put into water, and the bottom is leveled; the transportation barge ships the upper section jacket, transports the upper section jacket to a designated position and completes launching; the upper-section jacket is straightened by the crane ship, and the upper-section jacket and the lower-section jacket are in butt joint through an alignment device; after the upper-section jacket and the lower-section jacket are accurately butted, the upper-section jacket and the lower-section jacket are limited and fixed through a flange lock; and after the whole jacket is leveled, grouting is conducted on the pile foundation and the connecting position in sequence through a grouting machine, and installation is completed. According to the method, the dependence on large transport ship resources is reduced, the segmented jacket can be constructed, shipped and transported at the same time, the construction risk and the engineering investment cost are reduced, and the construction efficiency and reliability are improved.
