The high-altitude operation anti-swing hanging basket comprises a hanging basket body and an anti-swing assembly, the anti-swing assembly comprises wind shields, connecting frames and inserting columns, the ends, away from the hanging basket body, of the wind shields are of a frustum-shaped structure, the wind shields are fixed to the side walls of the two ends of the hanging basket body, and the connecting frames are rotationally installed on the side walls of the hanging basket body; the inserting column is fixedly installed on one side of the interior of the hanging basket body, a balancing weight of a C-shaped structure is inserted into the outer wall of the inserting column, the connecting frame is of an L-shaped structure, a top pressing wheel is rotationally installed on the side, away from the hanging basket body, of the connecting frame, the top pressing wheel is of a disc-shaped structure, and the swing preventing assembly further comprises a mounting plate which is fixed to the bottom of the hanging basket body. Through cooperative use of the structures, the stability and the wind resistance of the hanging basket body can be higher after the hanging basket body moves to the construction position, wind-induced vibration during high-altitude operation is avoided as much as possible, the swing amplitude of the hanging basket body is reduced, and the safety of high-altitude operation personnel and equipment is improved.
