The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based assembled machine room, which comprises a machine room, a plurality of server erection mechanisms arranged in the machine room and a monitoring assembly arranged at the upper part in the machine room, and is characterized in that each server erection mechanism comprises four groups of erection cabinets distributed in a shape like a Chinese character'tian '; the fan sets are connected among the four sets of erecting cabinets through air pipe assemblies, the back faces of the two oppositely-arranged erecting cabinets are opposite, and gravity clamping assemblies are further arranged on the erecting cabinets; according to the invention, a machine room, a monitoring assembly and a server erection mechanism are modeled by a BIM building information model technology and then assembled by a drawing, so that a single fan set can cool server terminals on all erection cabinets at the same time by one-to-four, and working faults caused by too high environment temperature of servers are avoided; the original functionality is achieved, the cost is reduced, long-term stable operation of equipment such as a server and data exchange and data safety inside and outside a machine room are guaranteed, and the service life of the equipment in the machine room is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM的装配式机房,包括机房,设置在所述机房内部的若干服务器架设机构,和设置在所述机房内部上方的监控组件,所述服务器架设机构包括:呈“田”字形分布四组架设柜,和通过风管组件连接在四组所述架设柜之间的风机组,相对设置的两个架设柜的背面相对,所述架设柜上还设有重力夹紧组件;本发明由BIM建筑信息模型技术对机房、监控组件以及服务器架设机构进行建模后由图纸进行装配,达到单个风机组一拖四来同时对各个架设柜上的服务器终端进行降温,避免因服务器所处的环境温度过高而导致的工作故障,达到原有的功能性且降低成本,保证服务器等设备的长期稳定运行以及机房内外的数据交流和数据安全,延长机房内设备使用寿命。
