Preparation method and application of sphere-like boron nitride micron particles
The invention provides a preparation method of sphere-like boron nitride microparticles, and relates to the technical field of heat conduction materials. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out crushing, screening, ball-milling modification and re-screening classification on boron nitride ceramic prepared by hot pressing sintering or spark plasma sintering, and preparing the boron nitride ceramic into boron nitride micron particles with spheroid morphology. The spherical-like boron nitride micron particles prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention are high in solid density, high in tap density, high in bonding strength, low in impurity content, high in purity and excellent in heat-conducting property. Besides, cutting leftover materials generated in the process of preparing the boron nitride ceramic can be adopted as raw materials, a cheap raw material source is provided for production of the heat conduction material, meanwhile, the problem of treatment of the leftover materials is solved, green production is achieved, and economic benefits are remarkably improved.
本发明提供了一种类球型氮化硼微米颗粒的制备方法,涉及导热材料技术领域。所述方法包括将热压烧结或放电等离子烧结制备的氮化硼陶瓷进行粉碎、筛分、球磨修饰、再筛分分级的过程,将其制备成具有类球体形貌的氮化硼微米颗粒。本发明所制备出的类球型氮化硼微米颗粒固体密度高、振实密度稿、结合强度高,而且颗粒的杂质含量少、纯度高,导热性能优异。此外,本发明的原料可以采用制备氮化硼陶瓷过程中产生的切削边角料,不仅为导热材料的生产提供了廉价的原料来源,同时也解决了边角料的处理问题,实现了绿色生产,显著提高了经济效益。
