The invention discloses a concrete cushion block capable of measuring the working stress of concrete and a preparation and test method thereof. A plurality of carbon fiber cement mortar sensors are manufactured, and the carbon fiber cement mortar sensors are subjected to appearance manufacturing, wire connection and waterproof insulation treatment; numbering the plurality of carbon fiber cement mortar sensors; fitting the temperature resistance curve of each carbon fiber cement mortar sensor, and determining a temperature correction coefficient; calibrating the pressure-sensitive curve of each carbon fiber cement mortar sensor to obtain a pressure-sensitive curve fitting formula; and calculating a stress value according to a given cushion block pressure sensitivity fitting formula and a temperature correction coefficient. And the suggested size, the electrode design and the wire connection method of the carbon fiber cement mortar sensor are designed and given. Three influence factors which are sensor external insulativity, humidity influence and temperature influence and possibly suffered by the carbon fiber cement mortar sensor in the using process are analyzed, and an insulation waterproof treatment method and a temperature correction method are provided.
本发明公开了一种可测混凝土工作应力的混凝土垫块及其制备与测试方法,制作若干个碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器,对碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器进行外形制作与导线连线和防水绝缘处理;对若干个碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器编号;对每个碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器的温阻曲线进行拟合,确定温度修正系数;对每个碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器的压敏曲线进行标定,得到压敏曲线拟合公式;根据所给出的垫块压敏性拟合公式及温度修正系数,计算应力值。设计并给出了碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器的建议尺寸、电极设计及导线连接方法。分析了碳纤维水泥砂浆传感器在使用过程中可能受到的三种影响因素分别是传感器外部绝缘性、湿度影响与温度影响,并给出了绝缘防水处理方法以及温度修正方法。
