High-flame-retardant heat-preservation and heat-insulation composite material and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a macromolecular flame retardant and SiO2 aerogel into LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) granules, uniformly mixing, carrying out melt blending, extrusion, traction, cooling, granulation and drying to obtain modified LDPE granules, carrying out extrusion, curtain coating and negative-pressure plastic uptake on the modified LDPE granules to obtain an inner-layer bubble layer filled with air, and carrying out extrusion, curtain coating and negative-pressure plastic uptake on the inner-layer bubble layer to obtain the high-flame-retardant thermal-insulation composite material. Two layers of modified LDPE films obtained through tape casting are attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner bubble layer in a hot covering mode respectively, and an outer bubble layer is obtained through local hot-pressing bonding, CO2 gas filling and sealing; adding an ionic polymer and PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) into LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) granules, and bonding and compounding the formed bubble layer and aluminum foil through extrusion and lamination compounding processes to prepare the composite material with better flame retardance and heat insulation performance.
本发明涉及一种高阻燃保温隔热复合材料及其制备方法,将大分子型阻燃剂、SiO2气凝胶加入LDPE粒料中,混匀,经熔融共混、挤出、牵引、冷却、造粒、干燥得到改性LDPE粒料,改性LDPE粒料经过挤出、流延、负压吸塑流程后制得内部充满空气的内层气泡层,在内层气泡层的上、下表面分别热覆贴合两层流延成型得到的改性LDPE膜,经过局部热压粘合、填充CO2气体、封口得到外层气泡层;向LLDPE粒料中加入离子型聚合物和PETG,经过挤出、淋膜复合工艺,将上述成型好的气泡层与铝箔粘结复合,制得具有较好阻燃性能、保温隔热性能的复合材料。
