The invention discloses a single-ship double-main-hook pile turning method for a large-diameter single pile, which adopts a main lifting hook and an auxiliary lifting hook, the two lifting hooks are respectively connected with a transition connecting mechanism through a first support beam lifting appliance and a second support beam lifting appliance, and a main lifting belt of the transition connecting mechanism is connected with two lifting lugs on the large-diameter single pile in a lifting manner; a tail slipping mechanism capable of being separated automatically is designed, the upper end of the tail slipping mechanism is connected to the main lifting hook, and a tail slipping clamp at the lower end of the tail slipping mechanism is connected to the bottom of the large-diameter single pile. In the process of lifting and overturning a large-diameter single pile, the pile overturning posture can be adjusted in real time by controlling the rising and falling amount of the main lifting hook and the auxiliary lifting hook, and the flexibility and maneuverability of pile overturning are improved. After the pile bottom falls to the seabed mud surface, the tail slipping clamp can be automatically separated from the pile bottom, the tail slipping steel wire rope can be separated from the main hook through lifting of the auxiliary hook, and recovery of the tail slipping clamp is completed; and finally, the double lifting hooks synchronously lift until the single pile is erected and pile turning is completed, and rapid and flexible lifting and turning of the large-diameter single pile are achieved.
