Modified ardealite and mineral powder cement are used as raw materials and put into a granulator for granulation to prepare ardealite balls, the ardealite balls are soaked in water for maintenance for 14-28 d, then the ardealite balls are put into a crusher to prepare artificial aggregates, and finally the artificial aggregates with different particle size specifications are obtained through screening. The modifier is added, and the modifier comprises a phosphoric acid chelating agent and a phosphoric acid precipitating agent, so that the formation of gel and ettringite by calcium ions in the subsequent phosphogypsum hydration process is not influenced, phosphate radicals are better cured, pollution caused by slow dissolution of calcium phosphate in the use process is avoided, and a better green and environment-friendly effect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种改性磷石膏人造骨料生产工艺,将生石灰水化后加入磷石膏,然后加入改性剂,充分搅拌后放置使其自然风干,待风干后投入球磨机中研磨,获得改性磷石膏,以改性磷石膏、矿粉水泥为原料投入造粒机进行造粒制备出磷石膏球,浸水养护14‑28d,然后投入破碎机制得人造骨料,最后通过筛分获得不同粒度规格的人造骨料。本发明加入改性剂,改性剂中包括有磷酸螯合剂和磷酸沉淀剂,既不影响钙离子在后续磷石膏水化过程中形成凝胶和钙矾石,又将磷酸根更好的固化,避免使用过程中磷酸钙缓慢溶解造成污染,具有更好的绿色环保的效果。
