The invention provides a few-layer graphene modified concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding few-layer graphene into a first solvent to form a first mixed solution; mixing a surfactant with the first mixed solution to form a second mixed solution; carrying out sanding treatment on the second mixed solution to obtain a graphene dispersion solution; uniformly mixing cement, fine sand, gravel, fly ash, a water reducing agent and a second solvent to obtain a first dispersion liquid; adding the graphene dispersion liquid into the first dispersion liquid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a second dispersion liquid; wherein the first solvent and the second solvent are independently selected from water; sequentially carrying out forming treatment and drying treatment on the second dispersion liquid to obtain the graphene modified concrete. The graphene dispersion liquid with good dispersion can be utilized to enable graphene to be effectively filled into concrete pores, and the density of concrete is improved, so that the freeze-thaw resistance, durability and other properties of the concrete are improved.
本发明提供一种寡层石墨烯改性混凝土及其制备方法，制备方法包括以下步骤：将寡层石墨烯加入第一溶剂中形成第一混合液；将表面活性剂与所述第一混合液混合，形成第二混合液；对所述第二混合液进行砂磨处理，得到石墨烯分散液；将水泥、细砂、碎石、粉煤灰、减水剂、第二溶剂混合均匀，得到第一分散液；在第一分散液中加入所述石墨烯分散液，混合均匀后，得到第二分散液；其中，第一溶剂、第二溶剂各自独立地选自水；对第二分散液依次进行成型处理、干燥处理后，得到石墨烯改性混凝土。能够利用分散良好的石墨烯分散液，使石墨烯有效填充进混凝土孔隙中，提升混凝土的致密度，从而提高混凝土的抗冻融能力和耐久性等性能。
