The invention discloses a concrete pavement embossing device for engineering machinery and a control method, the device comprises an embossing frame, a mounting frame for connecting and mounting the embossing frame, and an eccentric shaft for driving the embossing frame to emboss, the mounting frame comprises a left mounting frame and a right mounting frame, the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame are both provided with the eccentric shaft which is in transmission connection with the embossing frame, and the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame are connected with the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame. The left mounting frame and the right mounting frame are connected through the eccentric shaft, and the eccentric shaft between the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame is connected with a transmission shaft for achieving embossing on the camber road surface, so that the embossing frame connected with the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame can have a certain included angle to conduct embossing on the road surface; when concrete is initially set, transverse textures are pressed on the pavement, so that the skid resistance, the attractiveness and the drainage performance of the pavement are ensured, concrete pavement forming integration is realized, the construction operation efficiency is improved, and manpower is saved.
