The invention provides an efficient maintenance system for a concrete bridge deck. A deep groove is formed in one end of the top face of the mounting table, rail grooves are formed in the bottom of an inner cavity of the deep groove at equal intervals, a ferry assembly is mounted in the inner cavity of the deep groove, and a maintenance assembly is mounted in the middle of the top face of the mounting table and located on one side of the ferry assembly. Rails are fixedly connected to the top face of the mounting table and located on one side of the ferry assembly at equal intervals, a forming assembly is mounted on the upper portions of the rails, and a mold removing assembly is mounted on one side of the ferry assembly and located on the upper portion of the forming assembly.
