Comprising construction preparation; reversely excavating the abutment back of the bridge: excavating the contact part of the longitudinal section direction and the normal roadbed section into a step surface, and paving an HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) impermeable geomembrane; construction of a base part of the foam concrete layer: firstly clearing slag, filling and replacing the slag to the bottom of the bearing platform, then laying a C25 concrete slab and a 30 cm graded broken stone leveling layer, installing a PVC drainage pipe with the diameter of phi 50 mm, and laying water-permeable geotextile; constructing a reinforced concrete retaining wall; pouring a foam concrete layer: mixing cement fly ash slurry in a concrete mixing plant, and controlling the volume weight of foam concrete by adjusting the foaming amount of bubbles; a pavement structure and auxiliary construction thereof: pouring a concrete approach slab and performing asphalt concrete construction; construction monitoring: observing the settlement of the platform back by burying a settlement plate; the light foam concrete is used for backfilling the abutment back of the bridge abutment, so that the problem of differential settlement of a bridge and a roadbed is solved.
