Soft foundation ultra-deep pit supporting structure and construction method
The invention discloses a soft foundation ultra-deep pit supporting structure which comprises a prefabricated pile and a prefabricated supporting formwork. Prefabricated tips are fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the prefabricated piles and pressed in the stable layer, and the multiple sets of prefabricated piles are arranged and connected in sequence. A plurality of groups of prefabricated support templates are vertically and transversely arranged and are connected in sequence; a waterproof structure is installed between every two adjacent prefabricated supporting formworks. A first connecting rod set is installed between every two adjacent sets of prefabricated piles, a second connecting rod set is installed on the side, opposite to the prefabricated supporting formwork, of each prefabricated pile, and one end of each second connecting rod set is suitable for installing the prefabricated supporting formwork. A plurality of sets of supports are installed on the side, opposite to the prefabricated pile, of the prefabricated supporting formwork, the same third connecting rod set is installed on the upper support and the lower support, and the third connecting rod set and one end of the third connecting rod set are vertically arranged in a sliding mode. The problems that an existing deep foundation pit support structure cannot complete vertical press fitting, and consequently a soft foundation deep foundation pit support structure is poor in stability and reliability, poor in turnover performance and difficult to recycle are easily caused.
本发明公开一种软基超深坑支护结构,包括预制桩和预制支护模板;预制桩的底部固定安装有预制尖端且预制尖端压装于稳定层内,预制桩设置有多组且依次连接;预制支护模板竖向、横向设置有多组且依次连接;相邻两个预制支护模板之间安装有防水结构;相邻两组预制桩之间安装有连接杆组一,预制桩相对预制支护模板的一侧安装有连接杆组二,连接杆组二的一端适于安装预制支护模板;预制支护模板相对预制桩的一侧安装有支座,支座沿竖向布设有多组,上下两组支座上安装有同一组连接杆组三,连接杆组三和连接杆组一端部竖向滑动布设。现有深基坑围护结构无法完成竖向压装易导致软基深基坑围护结构稳定性和靠性差、可周转性差、循环利用难的问题。
