本发明提供一种节段式输水装置及方法，涉及输水设备领域，针对目前水土流失区域远河位置不便长距离取水的问题，采用节段式输水模块，水泵节和输水节串联后形成多段结构，抽取水体并通过水泵将水依次在多段结构内提升，解决目前输水管路铺设较长而导致输水困难的问题，输水管内埋设导线，在输水管对接时相邻输水管之间导线连通，实现对水泵的连续供电，减少额外电路布置，提高输水模块的布置效率和输水效率。
