The invention discloses a foaming device which comprises a water-liquid mixing assembly, a foam generating assembly and a liquid storage tank used for storing foaming liquid, the water-liquid mixing assembly comprises a water inlet, a liquid inlet and a mixing cavity communicated with the water inlet and the liquid inlet, the liquid inlet can be communicated with a liquid outlet of the liquid storage tank, and the liquid outlet of the liquid storage tank is communicated with the foam generating assembly. An outlet of the mixing cavity is communicated to the foam generating assembly, the liquid inlet is formed in a pipeline through which the water inlet is communicated to the mixing cavity, and after water flows in from the water inlet, foaming liquid is driven to flow in from the liquid inlet and then flow out from the mixing cavity together; the switch assembly is controlled by water inflow of the water inlet, the switch assembly has a working state and a non-working state for opening and closing the liquid outlet, the switch assembly closes the liquid outlet when water does not enter the water inlet, and the switch assembly opens the liquid outlet when water enters the water inlet. The foaming device directly controls use of foaming liquid through water inlet, and is ingenious and reasonable in design.
