The interception base is arranged to intercept sludge, deposition is avoided, the interception base can be directly taken out during cleaning, and operation is more convenient and faster; due to the fact that the interception base bears a limited amount of sludge, when the interception base intercepts a large amount of sludge, the interception base sinks to enable the dredging indication rod to ascend to indicate the requirement for cleaning the interception base from the outside.
