The method comprises the steps that earth is excavated to the position below a water leakage point, the well chamber is cleaned, an excavation face is tamped, a brick cushion layer is constructed on the excavation face, and the gap between a brick structure and the well chamber is sealed; winding iron gauze pieces above and below the water leakage point to be tightly attached to the well chamber, and installing a PVC pipeline to wind the well chamber at the leakage position; steel molds are installed on the periphery of the well chamber, an upper port of the PVC pipeline is connected with a replacement box, a vacuum pump is installed, and drainage of rain sewage is guaranteed; a vacuum pump is debugged, and concrete is poured into the steel mold; temporarily closing the vacuum pump, removing the temporary plug, connecting the concrete pump box, performing concrete slurry plugging on the PVC pipeline by utilizing the replacement box and the vacuum pump, and removing the redundant PVC pipeline and the steel mold at the upper end and the lower end after plugging; and performing waterproof treatment on the top of the poured concrete. The construction cost is reduced, the construction time is shortened, leakage and diffusion of rainwater and sewage in the construction process are effectively controlled, and the construction environment of workers is improved to a certain degree.
