本发明提出一种组合式台度用压顶檩条、外墙台度及其建造方法,本发明基于现有的外墙台度存在施工进度慢、圈梁跑偏以及建筑密封性差的问题,对压顶檩条进行表面冲孔,形成灌浆孔,从而使得台度可以实现先装配后灌浆的施工步骤,将步骤合理化,缩短工期;同时在压顶梁灌注过程中可以借助檩条支撑模板,保证压顶的直线度。在压顶灌浆过程中,浆料填充压顶檩条内部,借助孔洞侧壁的冲弯钣金作为栓钉,将压顶檩条和压顶梁灌注成一个整体,保证了压顶的气密性、水密性和受力强度,在保证了受力强度的前提下,进一步的可以减少压顶檩条的厚度,降低成本。
