The invention discloses an anti-cracking construction method for ultra-large-volume concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, proportioning concrete, and mixing to form concrete slurry which is a concrete mixture with no obvious stone and slurry hanging phenomenon, slight stone exposure and no obvious bleeding or slurry bleeding performance; s2, a pouring formwork is installed; s3, concrete pouring; s4, concrete form removal; and S5, concrete curing. According to the concrete slurry prepared from the special raw materials, the overall density of the prepared concrete is more uniform, the anti-cracking and anti-seepage effects can be achieved, so that the concrete has the good anti-cracking effect, the quality of the prepared concrete is more controllable through the whole steps, and large cracks are avoided.
本发明公开一种超大体积混凝土防开裂的施工方法，包括如下步骤：S1、进行混凝土的配比工作，并混合形成混凝土浆料，浆料需为无明显石子不挂浆现象、微露石以及无明显泌水或泌浆性能的混凝土拌合物；S2、浇筑模板的安装；S3、混凝土浇筑；S4、混凝土拆模；S5、混凝土养护。通过特殊原料制备的混凝土浆料，制备出的混凝土的整体密度更加均匀，可以起到起到抗裂防渗效果，从而使混凝土具有较好的抗开裂效果，而本发明的整个步骤使得制备出的混凝土的质量更加可控，避免出现较大裂缝。
