The invention discloses a garage ramp winter deicing system and a using method thereof.The garage ramp winter deicing system comprises a garage ramp, a lane ceiling, a concrete retaining wall, a monitoring structure and two spraying deicing sliding mechanisms, and the monitoring structure comprises an upper-section temperature sensor, a middle-section temperature sensor and a lower-section temperature sensor which are arranged in the garage ramp; the upper-section moisture detector, the middle-section moisture detector and the lower-section moisture detector are embedded in the top surface of a garage ramp; the ramp upper temperature and humidity sensor is arranged on a concrete retaining wall; the spraying, deicing and sliding mechanism comprises a bearing bracket, a sliding mechanism, a deicing component and a particle heat storage component; the use method comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring monitoring data; 2, judging monitoring data; 3, vehicle driving judgment; and 4, spraying of the spraying and deicing sliding mechanism. The deicing component sprays and deices, the particle heat storage component broadcasts and absorbs water and synchronously stores heat, and the deicing, heat storage and deicing integrated process that the garage ramp does not need electric heating and does not need external heat energy supply is achieved.
