A second rotating rod is rotated backwards to make a protection pipe make contact with the ground, a supporting rod is inserted into a second mounting frame, then the supporting rod can support a protection net, the protection net is prevented from toppling when the outer side is collided, and the protection stability of the protection net is improved.
