The invention discloses an anti-pinch control system and method for an automobile back door, and the system comprises a back door opening and closing control module which is used for controlling the opening and closing of the automobile back door according to the state of the automobile back door; the electric supporting rod driving module is used for driving the electric supporting rods to open or close the automobile back door, the electric supporting rod driving module is provided with the electric supporting rods, and the electric supporting rods are all of a motor driving structure; the back door opening and closing control module controls the electric supporting rod driving module to work. The anti-pinch control system for the back door of the automobile comprises two sets of electric supporting rod driving modules which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the back door respectively, the main electric supporting rod driving module is arranged on one side, and the auxiliary electric supporting rod driving module is arranged on the other side. The main electric supporting rod driving module and the auxiliary electric supporting rod driving module drive the back door when the back door is opened or closed. When opening or closing of the back door is blocked, the main electric supporting rod driving module stops, and the auxiliary electric supporting rod driving module works and keeps the back door balanced.
