The invention belongs to the technical field of sliding doors and windows, and particularly relates to a fully-embedded rainstorm-resistant sliding door and window system which comprises a sliding door and window body, mounting end faces, mounting frames and dismounting partition plates, the mounting frames are oppositely arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the sliding door and window body in parallel, and the mounting end faces are arranged in the mounting frames in a penetrating mode. The inside of the mounting frame is divided into a plurality of cavities by the dismounting partition plates, and an arch bridge and a vertical partition plate are arranged at the bottom of the mounting end face. According to the purpose, the arch bridge of the installation end face is sunken and wrapped in the cavity of the installation frame, so that the butt joint position of the pulley and the sliding rail can be completely wrapped by the cavity, then the arch bridge is used for clamping the empty groove, and the installation end face can be tightly embedded in the installation frame.
