The invention discloses an assembly wallboard for delicate construction of a flat outer surface and a production method, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of assembly type building materials, the assembly wallboard comprises a wallboard body and a decorative surface bonded on the outer surface of the wallboard body, the wallboard body comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 20-33 parts of an active admixture, 1-3 parts of a curing agent, 1-3 parts of a curing agent, and 1-3 parts of a curing agent. The building material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-9 parts of glass beads, 0.2-0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 0.02-0.1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.02-0.1 part of gypsum fibers, 5-15 parts of a foaming agent, 30-40 parts of water and 6-12 parts of functional filler. On the basis of keeping the good porosity of the original foaming cement wallboard, the wallboard is endowed with good mechanical property and waterproof property by additionally adding the functional filler.
