Ceramsite fired by utilizing electro-deposition sludge as well as firing method and application of ceramsite
The invention provides a method for firing ceramsite by using electro-deposition sludge. The electro-deposition sludge ceramsite comprises the following raw materials: 10-90% of electro-deposition sludge, 0-80% of fine soil, 0-90% of fly ash and 0-50% of white dry soil. The process comprises the following steps: (1) weighing and uniformly mixing; (2) granulating: manually kneading into balls to obtain raw material balls; (3) airing: airing the wet raw material pellets for 3-4 hours; (4) drying: drying the aired raw material balls in an electric drying oven; and (5) firing ceramsite: performing high-temperature gradient roasting on the dried raw material balls, and automatically cooling after firing is completed. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the ceramsite is fired by utilizing the electro-deposition sludge, so that the utilization rate of the electro-deposition sludge is increased, the resource utilization of the electro-deposition sludge is realized, and the treatment cost of the electro-deposition sludge is greatly reduced and even profits can be made. The ceramsite fired from the electro-deposition sludge can be used as a catalyst to be applied to some oxidation reactions such as ozone oxidation, and the oxidation effect is improved.
本发明提供一种利用电沉积污泥烧制陶粒的方法,电沉积污泥陶粒的原料组成为:电沉积污泥10%‑90%,细土壤土0‑80%,粉煤灰0‑90%,白干土0‑50%。过程包括:(1)称量混匀;(2)造粒:采用手工揉搓成球得到生料球;(3)晾晒:将湿生料球晾晒3‑4h;(4)烘干:将晾晒过的生料球放入电烘箱内烘干;(5)烧制陶粒:将烘干的生料球进行高温梯度焙烧,烧制完成后,自动降温冷却。本发明利用电沉积污泥烧制陶粒,提高了电沉积污泥的利用率,实现了电沉积污泥的资源化利用,大大降低了电沉积污泥的处理成本甚至可以盈利。电沉积污泥烧制的陶粒可作为催化剂应用于臭氧氧化等一些氧化反应中,提高氧化效果。
