Preparation method and application of acrylate modified hydrogen-containing silicone oil
The invention provides a preparation method of acrylate modified hydrogen-containing silicone oil, which specifically comprises the following steps: 1) adding higher alcohol, alpha-methacrylic acid, a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor into a container, stirring, and heating for reaction; (2) adding the reaction product obtained in the step (1) into an organic solvent, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH to be neutral by using a neutralizer, collecting an organic phase, washing the organic phase, and carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the organic solvent; and 3) mixing the product obtained in the step 2) with hydrogen-containing silicone oil, adding an organic solvent and methylhydroquinone, heating to 50-60 DEG C, adding a catalyst, then continuously heating for reaction, and after the reaction is finished, performing reduced pressure distillation to obtain the acrylate modified hydrogen-containing silicone oil. The preparation method of the acrylate modified hydrogen-containing silicone oil provided by the invention is low in preparation cost, simple in preparation process and high in yield, and the prepared product is excellent in performance and can be applied to large-scale production.
本发明提供了一种丙烯酸酯改性含氢硅油制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:1)将高级醇、α‑甲基丙烯酸、催化剂和阻聚剂加入容器中,搅拌,加热进行反应;2)将步骤1)得到反应产物加入有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀,用中和剂调整pH至中性,收集有机相,并对有机相洗涤,旋蒸去除有机溶剂;3)将步骤2)所得产物与含氢硅油混合,加入有机溶剂和甲基氢醌,升温至50‑60℃,加入催化剂,然后继续升温进行反应,待反应结束后,减压蒸馏,即得丙烯酸酯改性含氢硅油。本发明提供的丙烯酸酯改性含氢硅油制备方法制备成本低,制备工艺简单,产率高,制得的产物性能优良,可应用于大规模生产。
