The invention discloses the field of composite materials, and particularly relates to hollow fibrous barium ferrite and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the three steps that firstly, polyvinylpyrrolidone is dissolved in a polar solvent and stirred until the polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved, and soluble barium salt, soluble ferric salt and citric acid are added in proportion to prepare spinning precursor sol; 2, extruding the spinning precursor sol through an injection device, arranging air source airflow at an outlet, blowing the spinning precursor sol into a spinning shape, and collecting to obtain barium ferrite precursor fiber sponge; and 3, heating and firing the barium ferrite precursor fiber sponge until the barium ferrite precursor fiber sponge is fully sintered, and naturally cooling to obtain the hollow fibrous barium ferrite. According to the synthesized hollow barium ferrite, adjustment of grain configuration and a macroscopic hollow structure is achieved, the impedance matching performance and the electromagnetic wave attenuation characteristic of a wave absorbing system of the hollow barium ferrite are good, and the hollow barium ferrite can be applied to the fields of high-density perpendicular magnetic recording materials, microwave devices, wave absorbing materials and the like.
本发明公开了复合材料领域,具体涉及一种中空纤维状钡铁氧体及其制备方法,包括三个步骤,第一步将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于极性溶剂中,搅拌至完全溶解,按比例加入可溶性钡盐、可溶性铁盐和柠檬酸制得纺丝前驱体溶胶;第二步,将纺丝前驱体溶胶通过注射装置挤出,并在出口处设置空气源气流,将纺丝前驱体溶胶吹成纺丝状收集得到钡铁氧体前驱体纤维海绵;第三步,加热灼烧钡铁氧体前驱体纤维海绵,至充分烧结,自然冷却后获得中空纤维状钡铁氧体。本发明合成的中空钡铁氧体,实现了晶粒构型和宏观的中空结构的调节,其吸波体系的阻抗匹配性能以及电磁波衰减特性较好,可用于高密度垂直磁记录材料、微波器件、吸波材料等领域。
