The invention discloses an expressway foam light soil narrow spliced roadbed structure and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of road engineering.The spliced roadbed structure comprises steps excavated from an old roadbed, cast-in-place reinforced concrete protection walls, transverse anchoring parts and oblique miniature root piles; wherein a splicing groove is formed between an excavated step of the old roadbed and the cast-in-place reinforced concrete protection wall, and a composite drainage layer and a multi-layer foam light soil roadbed base layer are laid in the splicing groove from bottom to top; one end of the transverse anchoring part is pre-buried in an excavated step of the old roadbed, and the other end of the transverse anchoring part is buried in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete protective wall; and one end of each inclined miniature root pile is pre-buried in a step excavated in the old roadbed, and the other end of each inclined miniature root pile is buried in the foam light soil roadbed base layer laid in the splicing groove. The old roadbed can be tightly connected with the foam light soil, initial volume expansion of the foam light soil and inclination generated under the action of traffic loads are prevented, and the roadbed structure construction problem under the space limited condition is solved.
本发明公开一种高速公路泡沫轻质土窄幅拼接路基结构及施工方法,涉及道路工程技术领域,拼接路基结构包括旧路基开挖的台阶、现浇钢筋混凝土保护壁、横向锚固件和斜向微型树根桩,其中:旧路基开挖的台阶和现浇钢筋混凝土保护壁之间形成拼接凹槽,拼接凹槽从下到上铺设有复合排水层和多层泡沫轻质土路基层;横向锚固件一端预埋在旧路基开挖的台阶内,另一端掩埋在现浇钢筋混凝土保护壁内;斜向微型树根桩一端预埋在旧路基开挖的台阶内,另一端掩埋在拼接凹槽铺设的泡沫轻质土路基层内。本发明可以将旧路基与泡沫轻质土紧密相连,防止泡沫轻质土初始体积膨胀以及在交通荷载作用下产生的倾斜,解决空间受限条件下路基结构施工问题。
